Nice enough storyline, good suspense interesting developments.
I was on the brink of quitting listening a lot of times cause the male narrator was AWFUL!!!
When he read with supposedly female intonation you’d have said he was mocking someone, the voices were squeaky and obnoxious!

I’m really not sold in this story.. first off, where did those dodgey voices vine from especially in the initial chapters?? And,, did Heidi not get sacked for fraternising with Landon, how was the Head of HR allowed to date Trevor and then Austin???
Also the storyline was very deep for a romance novel!!!

Austin & Julia's story is SO SO MUCH MORE INTENSE with such deep emotion & NOT just between the 2 main characters.
It's heated in all different areas.

Alexander Cendese has spoiled waaaaaay too many books for me. To the point where if he is narrating a story, I won't listen to it. The ONLY reason I persisted with this book is because I enjoyed the previous two, and this one is the ONLY one in this series that he's narrating. His male voices ALWAYS sound like frat boys. His female voices ALWAYS sound high pitched, nasally and whiny, like he's taking the p*ss. Just really jarring to listen to 😖

I really enjoyed the story line and have so far loved all the wright books. I just wasn’t as keen on the narrator of this book, when the male voice was talking in a female voice it was cringy but overall loved the story.
