Summary
Horror stalks the Four Lands. The Ildatch, ancient source of evil, has stirred to life. It sends its foul Mord Wraiths to make war on all living things and bring about, at last, Mankind's destruction.

Loved this book. Exciting all the way through. Hope the other books are as good. Had it as Audible. Narrator very good. Could hardly put it down.

love the whole series !
I've read the shannara books before but have had to listen to them again as really enjoy them. fun fantasy and strong storyline as well as characters you feel you know. brilliant escapism.
