What an incredible book, or should I say resource

There are so many ideas to improve your results in any area of life. I’ve bought dozens of books on peak performance and this one ranks up there with the best.
Her strategies for self-talk are amazing as are here strategies on visualisation. Both are crucial to get the best out of every time you need to perform well. Also, I had never thought about how to breathe for performance up until now.
There are numerous practical ideas on hydration, sleep, and recovery. I’ve just finished my first read through, now I’ll implement as many strategies as fast as I can on my second go through.
The other brilliant thing about this book are all of the extra resources on her website. I’m really looking forward to those. I think this is a book I’m going to read at least six times and then once a year every year.
If you’re serious about sports or business performance, then don’t just read this book – devour it – it’s that good.
