Wow
Just amazing, I've read three of Mickey's books so far and wasn't expecting to learn much more from this one but once again he's blown me away. I won't say much about the content but if your interested in learning to be more present in the moment and let go of craving and aversion this is a must read. Michael a singer is definitely one of the most important spiritual speaker's of our time.

Impactful, soul freeing
After reading the book these lecture series goes deeper and definitely helping me in my journey to real freedom.
I listen to it every day and I feel the change and the difference it is making in my life and my family’s life.
Michael gives the lectures with such passion enthusiasm is contagious. A lot of so-called influencers would charge a lot of money to deliver this content as part of a course but Michael just give it away pretty much for free.
Absolutely invaluable content and priceless.
