Summary

There is a space within you where you are already perfect, whole, and complete. It is pure consciousness - the space inside of which all thoughts come and go.

When you rest in the feeling of this space, the warmth of it heals your mind and body. When you operate from the infinite creative potential of this space, you produce high levels of performance and creative flow. When you sit in the openness of this space with others, you experience a level of connection and intimacy that is breathtakingly enjoyable and filled with love. And when you explore this space more deeply, you will find yourself growing closer and closer to the divine, even if you're not sure there is such a thing and wouldn't know how to talk about it if there was.

Every problem we have in life is the result of losing our bearings and getting caught up in the content of our own thinking; the solution to every one of those problems is to find our way back home. This is both the invitation and the promise of this book.

One problem. One solution. Infinite possibilities. Are you ready to begin?

Loved it

I could listen to this audiobook over and over again! Loved it from start to the very end. Great narration and content. Thank you to the author and narrator for such a wonderful piece of work. It’s a balm to one’s soul. So easy to listen to, yet so powerful in the message it conveys.

Unexpected treasure

I had a spare credit so took a chance on this one. So glad I did. From the outside it would appear to be a self help book, however it goes way beyond that. Having spent decades investing in self help books and courses (for self development and because it’s my job) I can truly say everything you need is here in this book.

Remembering....

What I li e about this book is the space it takes me to while listening. That place of unlimited potential and divinity. The place where in life its so easy to forget. But is always there. There are certain lines that just stick and Michael is an awesome narrator. This is certainly a perspective shifter and highly recommend to all

Excellent

Another brilliant book from Michael. Always learn heaps and have more light bulb moments than Christmas in NYC.

Simple and good

Michael goes a good job of speaking about the qualities of consciousness/awareness and how our reality is made of thoughts. It’s tone is for a mainstream audience however it still carries deep wisdom. Michael’s narrative is excellent.

Clarifying.

I found this book because I have started to work with three 3 principles, and this just made it all clear in such simple terms.
Warmly narrated, I will be listening to this again and again.

Loved it

Loved all of this - left me with a higher vibration after every listen. Great that it's narrated by the author in such a soothing 'can do' way. Definitely the start of an important journey for me.

Similar to other books by Neill

The message that Neill gives is elemental so all his books are likely to try to explain it in different ways. For me, there wasn't anything fundamentally new in this but it is such a fundamental message that I am happy to be reminded of it in different ways.

Short & Nothing New

I loved “The Inside Out Revolution” but this book is really short and contains very little that’s new. If you have seen Michael’s TED Talk (“Why aren’t we awesomer”) and read the aforementioned book, there is probably not much point in buying this one. The talk is repeated in this book almost verbatim and anything else was covered in his last book. Sure, there are a couple of new metaphors, but that’s not really enough. I like Michael Neill a lot, but this was a disappointment.
