A must read for anyone in a position to lead or influence a sales staff!!
I am a old guy that loves to learn (40 years in business) and Nathan Jamail did not disappoint. If you are in a new role as a sales leader or just need to be inspired to lead a sales staff, this book is a “must have”.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A BOOK SPEAK TO MY SOUL AND MY BRAIN ALL AT THE SAME TIME. MAYBE IT IS THE TIMING OF WHEN I GOT THIS BOOK AND HOW MUCH I NEEDED IT. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE RUNNING A BUSINESS THIS BOOK IS YOUR BIBLE. IF YOU ARE IN SALES, THIS BOOK IS YOUR BIBLE. GET IT ON PRINT, HIGH LIGHT THE THINGS YOU NEED TO KEEP FOCUSED ON. Good book for structuring your leadership.
I found the book as a great tool to structure training, development, vision and discipline around. I have 15 years of retail and 11 years of sales experience. I would recommend this book to people in either field.
