a nice little book
i enjoyed this book as it gave me some good encouragement on the mindset and what to expect as an expecting farther. however i would of liked more details on the health and safety aspects on looking after the baby as well as tips and tricks. also PDF images would of been great to have as a visual aid for some things which this book didnt provide. overall its a nice encouraging book, but definitely lacks in giving you the in depth knowledge of things im looking to learn about.

Great overall
I found this book really helpful at giving a good overview of what to expect. I mean my partner is still expecting so I might revise this review in a few months. Despite the American tone, 95% of the content is applicable to someone in the UK with a second at the end for the NHS. All of the scans, checks and types of appointments are covered as well as milestone in the pregnancy journey, as well as what to expect when bringing baby home.

Pregnancy is an uneasy time for dad's to be. You can feel there's not much you can do to help out and end up getting in the way. This book shales you out of the mentality and shows that's there plenty for dads to be getting on with during and after the pregnancy including getting ready for the big day itself! If you're worried about what can be doing to make things easier for your partner and what she might be expecting of you, this book will lay it out clear to you man to man.

All new dad's should listen to this audiobook!
In books dealing with pregnancy, we always forget about men, focusing only on the mother-to-be. But even for men, not as much as for women, of course, it is a difficult period full of difficulties and moments of discouragement caused by not knowing what to do.
Information and help for dads-to-be are generally quite scarce, but this audiobook provides useful tips and strategies to better cope with this beautiful but stressful phase of life. I suggest this book to all new dads-to-be!
