Summary
Piper Hammond has the perfect view to watch the world go by. Tucked up inside her family’s historic home, she records the ins and outs of life in Riverboro in her magazine Riverboro Rocks. But when a catastrophic storm brings the town to a halt, Piper’s world spirals quickly out of control.
