a great collection

This is a great collection and well worth the credit ..the second book I did fast forward through however as I just didn't feel it for characters. The other stories ncluding the extras at the end I thoroughly enjoyed and as always Andi Arndt & Sebastian York were just amazing.

Fantastic

The One Love series by Lauren Blakely
Book 1
Abby is a professional nanny that works for “the sexy one” Simon who’s a dad to a sweet 6 year old girl that Abby adores.
I love how this relationship develops in the book and how evolution develops between the little girl and Abby . Absolutely loving this series so far really chuffed about the Audible deal that is in a box set. Looking forward to more in series.

Book 2
Tyler and Delaney met in University and in a hot and heavy relationship for a long time until Tyler made the decision to cut all ties with Delaney and start his own company as a lawyer. Delaney had a massive change of heart at the end of University and ended up changing careers and going in to massage which she made it into a successful business out of. I absolutely love how their relationship develops even though they started off knowing each other they found that the change the law of the years. I love how Tyler realises the massive mistake he’d made and tried everything to sort it out again really enjoying this series will absolutely love Lauran Blakely

Book 3
Nicole decides she’s going to be a single mum and decides instead of sperm donation she asks her close friend Ryder. Who is divorced and very happily single.
I absolutely love how this book develops and how their relationship works its way through been together for the production of getting pregnant and also realising there’s more to their relationship then what originally thought. One of the best ones in the series so far can’t wait to start another one

Book 4
Absolutely love this book though audiobook is even better Flynn and Sabrina meet at masquerade ball things get heated very quickly things move very fast they start a relationship but without knowing each other’s names are no more each other properly looks like until Serena gets a job opportunity of a lifetime and she has to interview Flynn for a magazine and this is when she realises who he is. Absolutely love Lauran Blakely cannot find a better writer and she has the best narrators

I love that Lauren Blakely is creating these Audio Collections. Seriously, 4 book for 1 credit.. AWESOME! This is going to be a VERY long review but I feel like I need to review each book!

The Sexy One:
I have to say I adore this book!!! It is such a sweet love story and believe it or not...NO DRAMA...i didn't even know that was possible in romance. This is a must buy author for me because all of her books leave me with a happy heart. I love her writing style and all of her stories. Simon & Abby's story is sweet and these two just make perfect sense. I loved Simon, he is a single dad who puts his daughter 1st and he is adult enough to have an amicable relationship with his ex for their child. Abby is the nanny and she loves his daughter. She also has great morals and sticks to her beliefs even if it might make things difficult. In the end I stayed up all night (on a work night no less) finishing this audiobook because it was just that good. This book would have been great as an ebook but add Sebastian York & Andi Arndt narrating the audiobook and it was even better.

Lauren Blakely is a writing machine!! Tyler is HOT, he is confident and he jumps in with both feet!! Delaney is sassy, fun and perfect for Tyler! I love a second chance romance the best! While I felt like this was the least steamy of Lauren's books I still loved it so much! I liked was that Tyler was actually a little quirky instead of Delaney, that was a fun twist! I loved how they had a lot of differences but also a lot in common, that makes them seem like a real couple. The way they just eased right back into a relationship was sweet especially since she didn't make it easy for him to get his second chance. I also loved all the cameo's from the other men in her books, it was like a little visit with old friends! This cover is perfect, Tyler can strip for me any day ;) Great second chance romance <3

The Knocked Up Plan:
LOVED IT! Seriously I love all of Lauren's books but this one might be my favorite! I knew when I started that I'd love it cause I'm a sucker for a daddy to-be or a new daddy but this was so much better than even I thought it would be! VERY low on drama which is a huge plus for me but also what an amazing love story! These characters had amazing chemistry, they made you want their love story from the very beginning. They were meant for each other even if they didn't know it. The things they had in common were vast but I think it all started for me with their dogs, they both have a love of animals and are mindful of that from the beginning, they had a flirty thing going on a work and a big sexual attraction but once they went out outside of work and saw how each other was with the pets I think that started them seeing each other in a softer way. This book has so much emotion, love and sexual attraction that I fell in love along with the characters!
Ryder is a little guarded because of his ex but he's a relationship expert and just needs to take his own advise! This man was hot hot hot and even without the romance he was every women's dream. I love how much he grew and changed in this book. And my favorite thing about him was that he may have thought things were going one way but when he realized that he was making assumptions, he jumped in with both feet and laid it all out there. I love that he thought it was worth taking the chance of another broken heart and he took it!
Nicole is such a great character, she is strong and knows what she wants and doesn't need anyone to get it (mostly). She is so honest and bold, says what she wants and doesn't worry too much about it. I loved that about her character, she wanted a baby and so she set out to have one. This girl had the confidence I think all women would kill to have. She had a few moment of unsurety but who doesn't! Narration is fabulous, I never get tied of Sebastian York!

Come As You Are:
I love a "Cinderella"type of story. This book didn't have all the Cinderella plots but it did have a masked ball and true love between two people who didn't even know who each other was in the beginning so it reminded me of my favorite parts of Cinderella! I love how down to earth these characters are, does't matter that he is rich or that she is not, neither of them act the part, they are just who they are. I also love how this book has NO drama... I mean NONE!!!! In the scene that most authors would have added the misunderstanding that causes drama Lauren leads these characters in the mature direction where they TRUST each other!!! That alone made this book great for me! I also really liked the side story with Sabrina's brother. It was sweet and I really liked that she went to him for advice instead of treating him like a kid because he was younger than her.
Lauren always adds so many fun "tidbits" to her story's and I always find myself waiting for one and this book did not disappoint (Pineapple Math)! I love the quirkiness of her characters, no matter how normal they are, they always have a quirky side. In the end I say another great book by Lauren Blakely!
The narration was great as always with Sebastian York and Andi Arndt but this one had a little something extra! The last epilogue was duet narrated! These two are great separate and together but listening to them do a duet was fun and now I want a full duet audiobook with them narrating.

The 1 Love Collection

How exciting, all my favorite Spicy Lauren Blakely books in one place.
This series is awesome no joke the narrators are all amazing and give each book a life of its own.
Sexy One – Abby & Simon… Swoon, single dad alert *I know fans self* Simon isn’t one to let his feeling run his life. He has to do what is best for his daughter. But Abby too can’t resist the attraction but she too falls hard for Simons daughter and doesn’t want to create unwanted drama or hurt feelings if things don’t work out. FAB narration I loved it.

The Hot One – Tyler & Delaney… Tyler really puts it all out there in this book. Its rare to find a book were the guy is vulnerable. The fact that they both feel that thing when they meet again I just loved that.
Delaney it took me a little to warm up to but that could be because she forgives and forgets too fast, that is not my experience at all but she made me think in a different way.
Narration note - I also loved that Andi Arndt was the voice of Delaney she really brought out some of that emotion that you need with a book like this.

The Knocked up Plan – The banter I am a sucker for it! Nicole & Ryder have it in spades I can’t with these two. The communication I loved, I am not one for dramalama and this was perfect for me.
Ryder’s character growth really hit my heart, he kicked himself into second place of LB’s characters.

Come As You Are – Flynn & Sabrina are FIRE right from the start. It a smoken’ hot romance and they will leave your ears on fire. I loved that even when they know they don’t let it stop them. I don’t want to give too much a way because it’s a story that needs to be experienced.
The fact that they also fall for each other, their city and their families it just added to the overall feel of this story.
Again the narration is top freaking notch I can’t get enough.

Part 3

Is the best story, followed closely by part 1. Skip the ones in the middle, or just read the concluding chapters. Good writing, excellent performance by readers.

4 amazing books with top notch narration!
The Sexy One is a new standalone by Lauren Blakely. It's slightly ridiculous how giddy I get when Lauren announces a new book. And even more so when it's a character I fell in love with in a previous book. As always, the writing is impeccable, the characters real, the storyline meaningful and addicting. We met Simon in Mister O and I was almost cheering that Harper would choose him. Simon is a sexy single father with the cutest little girl, Hayden. He's smart, funny and delicious. Abby is Hayden's nanny. I know what you're thinking…that old taboo story about the dad and the nanny. No. Just no. This is not that story. Yes, she's the nanny, but he's not married and they are both adults. That's how they met, but those are the their labels. Simon has always been attracted to Abby, but never made a move on her. Abby couldn't help but have a crush on Simon. I mean, look at him. Plus, he's a wonderful father, a smart business man, and he makes her laugh. All of a sudden their relationship changes. Just a fraction at first. A little flirty banter. A brush of hands. They are both fighting it because they think it's wrong, but when Simon needs help learning French to close a business deal, he asks Abby to teach him. They don't call it the language of love for nothing! After a few lessons, a sort of date, the fire that's been smoldering ignites. In the sexiest 'in the back of a cab kiss' ever written. Their relationship isn't about sex. Yes, they want it. Yes, they need it. But they've been friends for months and it's been a slow boiling love for a long time. Can they get over the stigma of being boss and nanny? Will they take the leap to finally be something real? I love this couple! Simon….sigh. I just can't. He's perfect. Just perfect. Sexy, smart, loves his daughter, says all the right things at the right time, knows what he wants and goes after it. Abby is dedicated, smart, beautiful and knows what she wants out of life. I laughed, cried, fanned myself and swooned. I want more of this couple!


Every time I read a new Lauren Blakely book I leave my old Blakely boy for my new one. Tyler. Tyler, Tyler, Tyler. Yes, Ladies, you heard me. He's the newest sexy, smart, funny as hell, dirty talking, sweet hero in The Hot One. We've met Tyler before, he's friends with Simon (The Sexy One) and excuse me, Clay's cousin! Clay, who needs no introduction. If you haven't met Clay, stop reading this immediately and go. GO. GO. GO. Get First Night. I'll wait…Ok, back to Tyler. He's a successful entertainment lawyer who's known as Bungee Jump Tyler because he goes after what he wants no hold barred. He gave up the love of his life for his career and when he runs into Delaney years later, he can't stop thinking about her. He hates how he ended things and he wants a chance to talk to her. To explain what happened. Delaney, a friend of Penny's from The Only One, is loving her life. She's happy, has her own business and doesn't need to be reminded of the hurt Tyler Nichols caused her. But since seeing him that day in the park, she can't stop thinking about him. His eyes, his hands, his magic cock, his enchanted tongue…all of him. So, when he shows up at her place of business, naked and begging her to just meet him for drinks she resists. She really does. But he's persistent as hell and he's not going to go away. Tyler has something to prove to Delaney. He wants to show her he's not the man he was. He's smarter and wiser now and he's not going to take no for an answer. They are flirty in a sexy and sweet way and their "first date" is epic. I loved every second of this book. The writing is top notch. The characters are well developed, strong, caring and loyal. Overall, this second chance romance is the perfect mix of sexy, funny, sweet, hot and emotional. I didn't want to stop reading and I already want more Tyler and Delaney! Now, I'm going to schedule a massage and go shoe shopping!


The Knocked Up Plan is the newest book by the incredibly talented Lauren Blakely. As you know, I'm her biggest fan and I've read all of her books. I love them all for very different and special reasons. She's one of the most talented writers I've had the pleasure of reading. She has a common "voice" that filters through all of her books, yet she always finds a fresh, new and witty way to tell a story. She makes her characters part of your life. You love them and are invested in their happiness. Lauren always makes me laugh, cry, fan myself, get a little angry and then fall in love. Every damn time. It's pure genius. The Knocked Up Plan is a little different than her other gems. It still has the same Blakely Blanket of Goodness, but the pattern is a little brighter. The feel a little softer. The tones a little deeper. We've met Nicole, we love Nicole and this is her story. She's not sure she believes is love. She loves her friends and her dog, but she's never been in love. She's a talented, beautiful woman and she knows what she wants. She wants a baby. And she wants her sexy coworker, Ryder, to provide his DNA. She's not shy or reserved so she just comes out and asks for it. Ryder used to have it all and now he's just jaded when it comes to love. So, what's the problem? Love is his job. So in exchange for his DNA he has a request for Nicole too and it just might save his career. Will the baby making shenanigans change the way Nicole and Ryder feel about love? Or will they just go back to friends when the bun is in the oven? The Knocked Up Plan is by far one of my favorite Lauren Blakely books! Ryder is just…perfection. Seriously. He's sweet, nice, funny, handsome, smart, successful and a good listener. Add to that his sexiness and his dirty mouth and I was swooning all over the place. He's right up there on my Blakely Boy list with Chris and Tyler and Jack. They are all fighting for first place. Ryder and Nicole are also one of my favorite Blakely couples. They think the same, have a lot in common and just go after what they want. They are also so fun and so funny! Overall, one of the best books of the year! I laughed, cried, got hot and bothered, laughed more and just pretty much smiled and wished I had a Ryder all my own!

Shows them why they fight for love. Take a risk. Fall. I took the journey with them. I smelled the air. Touched the benches. Heard the birds. They already loved New York separately, but when they shared their favorite places with each other, that love grew. For the city. For each other. I swooned over Flynn's poetic words. I laughed at his math jokes. I got hot and bothered by his dominance. I envied Sabrina's wardrobe. I adored the grammar humor. I felt like I was with them. Overall, I loved every word. I laughed, teared up, swooned, giggled and felt hopeful!

Great collection and well worth the cost

All Four of the stories were really good. Lauren Blakely is amazing and she had some of her best narrators on these books. I honestly thought the knocked up plan would be a rehash of a story that’s been done so many times but it was unique and Ended up being my favorite, although all were great.

TOTALLY worth it

Got this bunch as a deal and worth every cent. All the stories were fun, sexy and enough to get me out of my book funk. Sweet stories. Can’t beat these HEAs. Lauren does a great job.

I actually borrowed this through AE in Feb 2020 but didn't realize it until around chapter 6. my review was has not changed this time through. easy book, no drama, no LOL, predictable, I have no complaints. it is about divorced dad, Simon, and the nanny.

some smiles here but no giggles. no big angst or huge drama. relaxing and smooth. They dated in college. he ended it. Eight years later they ran across each other. He decided to win her back.

so so fun, so funny, interesting story, didn't fully anticipate the play out. will definitely listen to this again. my new book heart throb - wow. spoiler - 2 therapists with a focus on sexuality are friends. she decides she wants to be a single mom and requests his help and off we go from there. thoroughly enjoyed everything about this story. peace

First 1/4-1/3 of the book a small smile sat on my face constantly. I love that feeling. interesting characters, interesting story, I liked the H and the h all the way through the book which is pretty unusual. the reading was quite evenly split between the narrators in all the books in this collection. spoilers! - he is a millionaire start-up founder genius. she is a reporter looking for work. they meet without knowing who the other is and insta-lust shortly morphs into insta-love. a couple nerve inducing scenes - when her mom showed up and her meeting with the media mogal. honestly, the H and the h were both so intelligent that it was a touch intimidating. will def listen again one day. peace
most irresistible guy - teaser read entirely by AA. This is a good prelude to Most Valuable Playboy which I rated 5 stars on 7-31-20. enjoyed this, loved MVP.

Love this fun, heartfelt and steamy collection!

~ THE SEXY ONE~
I loved this latest fun, sweet and sexy story by Lauren Blakely! She is brilliant at creating great characters, fun banter, scorching hot sex scenes, with heartwarming story lines.
This story in combination with the wonderful narration by Andi Arndt, and Sebastian York make this an experience that is pure magic! I was drawn in by their inflections, pacing and natural deliveries. It never felt forced or over acted, they just allowed me to lose myself in the story which I love.

Simon is a wonderful, single father to his sweet and adventuresome little girl, Hayden. He hired Abby to be their nanny to help out when he needed to work. Abby is smart, loving, open and honest. I love their flirty, witty banter, their passion is hot and their chemistry is explosive. This was a quick listen and I felt like it was rushed a little at the end. I loved Simon, Abby, and Hayden and I was definitely not ready for it to be over. I just wanted more of all of them. We did get more of Harper and Nick which was fun catching up with them. We also found out more about Simon's friend, Tyler Nichols, whose story sounds very intriguing. I just can't get enough of Ms. Blakely's work so I am definitely looking forward to what she releases next.

~ THE HOT ONE~
This sweet, sexy and emotional second chance romance captured my heart from the very beginning. I couldn't wait for Tyler Nichols story after having a glimpse of his regret for 'the one that got away' in a previous book. Successful Entertainment lawyer, Tyler Nichols, is smart, cocky, and focused. It is that focus that caused him to make a decision he has lamented since college. He and Delaney Stewart had fallen madly and passionately in love in college. They could talk, study, joke and make love continually. He cherished her, but when he took some advice from a respected professor, he left her behind with a broken heart. He has never forgotten her. The only female he has fallen for since is his adorable niece, Carly, who's innocent and truthful comments are delightful. It is on one of their outings that Tyler sees Delaney again and is determined to reconnect and win her back.
Delaney's life took a totally different direction after that fateful and heartbreaking event in college. She now has her own massage business and loves to help people. She isn't about to open herself up to the man who left her behind even if he still stars in all her naughty thoughts. But Tyler is determined to show her that he is not the same man he once was and is worthy of her trust and love. As they spend time together they fall back into their easy rapport. They laugh, tease and discover the people they are today. Tyler loves that Delaney is beautiful inside and out and despite their smoking hot chemistry, she still doesn't open easily. Will Tyler's impatient, tenacious, and big grand gestures win her over or will cutting corners to earn her trust backfire on him?
Ms Blakely is brilliant at creating sexy, intelligent, clever adult characters who tackle life head on. It might not always go smoothly but it always feels genuine and honest. I love Tyler and Delaney together, their banter was witty and they felt like two halves of a whole, completing each other. I really enjoyed catching up with many of the friends and family in the Blakely world, especially Clay, and his adorable daughter Carly. I especially love the sweet and romantic epilogues!
I really enjoyed the narrators performance. I am already a fan of Andi Arndt, but this is my first listen to Zachary Webber and he was a perfect Tyler! They set each scene easily and their intonation was spot on adding to the playfulness, emotion, and passion of this story.
If you are looking for a heartfelt, funny, sexy romance you will absolutely love this book!

There is so much to love about this friends to lovers romance! It is hilarious, hot & steamy and a new sexy alpha hero that you can't help but fall in love with. Ryder is a successful author who helps men find the woman of their dreams. Since the breakup of his marriage he has lost his faith in the HEA. His boss is forcing him to find his romantic side again and come up with a dating guide. Ryder is at a loss at where to start. His sexy coworker and ping pong partner, Nicole, believes she isn't made for love. She does feel her clock ticking and wants to have a baby tho. Handsome, smart, funny, Ryder has the perfect attributes to be the potential father. They come to an agreement to help each other out. But as they spend more time together going on the perfect dates and then trying to make a baby, their attraction grows. Will they be able to walk away when their 'projects' are completed without breaking their hearts and remain friends? I loved Ryder and Nicole together, their banter was witty, and their chemistry was explosive. They also complimented each other, feeling like two halves of a whole, completing each other. We were treated to cameos from characters from previous books which is always fun. There are also some intriguing twin brothers that I hope to read more about soon. I devoured this book when I read it, but listening to it made it a real treat. Andi Arndt, and Sebastian York made these smart, witty, sexy, characters come to life, effortlessly pulling me into their world. It never feels like they are reading or performing, they just are, and that is why I could listen again and again. I highly recommend this heartfelt, smart, funny, sweet and sexy romance!

I loved this enchanting, fun & flirty forbidden romance! Ms Blakely gave us a refreshing, sexy romance with irresistible characters who will steal your heart. Sexy millionaire nerd, Flynn Parker, and down on her luck, talented journalist, Sabrina Granger, have a chance meeting at a masquerade ball. They both want to be liked for who they are, not for their wealth or circumstances. With masks on, their attraction heats up, and they can't deny the intrigue of a clandestine affair. After a passionate evening and without exchanging names, they plan to meet again. When Sabrina's new job puts her and Flynn together, motives are questioned and they are forced to put their affair aside.
There is so much to love about this story, like the witty grammar banter, the fun and steamy 'Duke & Angel' texts, the non-dates where they explore their favorite & unconventional New York spots, not to mention their hot and steamy passion. Flynn and Sabrina are so perfect together, with their shared thirst for discovery. They are both so adorkable and my new favorite couple!
Andi Arndt, and Sebastian York are pure magic as Flynn and Sabrina. They recreate the fun and passionate chemistry beautifully. They made this clever, irresistible, sexy romance into a stellar audio experience!
