Summary
Avoiding sensationalism and date-speculating, respected Bible teacher Amir Tsarfati uses his unique perspective as an Israeli Christian to lead you through a fascinating modern-day description of God's plan for the end of the world.
Grounded from start to finish in Scripture, the book reveals how the Rapture, the imminent rise of the Antichrist, and the tragic horrors of the Great Tribulation will play out in our world today. He also helps you understand the roles - and fates - of Russia, Iran, Syria, Turkey, the European Union, the United States of America, and Israel in the end times, illustrating just how biblical prophecies are being fulfilled in our time. But above all, he offers hope that in the midst of chaos and horror, God is ultimately in control, and those who belong to him will be safe with him.

Really disappointing and superficial content
I am sorry to have to leave such a bad review of Amir's book but the content is very poor in quality, factuality and structure. This is NOT a recommended read for a serious study of the end-times! First of all, I was expecting to find in this book a jewish-christian perspective of the end-times from an 'israeli insider' but apart from the very large proportion of the book devoted to the Israeli-Palestine political conflict told from an israeli point of view, there is nothing 'jewish' in the viewpoint taken at the end-times. On the contrary - the book is very ambitious in scope, shallow in depth and cursory. The author manages to run through every single 'end-times' conspiracy out there, throwing it at the reader with no factual construct, no logical lead or sound argument. Only one example - the author is claiming that Europe is 'mystery babylon', throwing a good measure of references to symbolical images related to institutional bodies and artwork of the European Union, mentioning the masons and the illuminati on the way, the 9/11 events in the US, the expected global economic collapse, the mark of the best as the RFI chips and the electronic global government....ah, yes - also a quick mention of the knights templar, the increaasing number of earthquakes and lots more of this kind. Cleary, the author has pulled together all the typical christian end-times conspirative and not so conspirative theories in one big pile of a mess. A lot of what is said is not strictly factual and is often pulled out of context. Bible verses accompanied by sound discussion are completely lacking. Also, the author is a an uncompromising adherer to one of the 3 christian perspectives on the rapture - he claims that the rapture will take place before the antichrist is revealed and before the tribulation of the church and then he claims that this is all clearly stated in the Bible and there is no argument about this. Well, every well-informed theologian knows that the interpretation of the Book of Revelation and accompanying scriptures from the prophets are anything but CLEAR! That is why there are nowadays at least 3 groups within the body of mainstream christianity that differ in the interpretation of the timing of the rapture - pre-, mid-, and post-tribulation groups, and each one has good arguments on their side. The authour very adamantly insisting that the first group are the only ones in the true understanding and frequently arrogantly sneers at those who do not hold this same view. From this point on, the rest of the talk on the end-times is completely taken hostage to this particular view, making his book totally irrelevant for whose who hold on to the other two viewpoints on the rapture. I find this book not only not informative, but also very intolerant of alternative valid theories that many theologians and mainstream christians hold regarding the interpretation of biblical prophesy and the geo-political, social, historical and cultural setting of our current age. In short - for the person who is fairly informed on these issues and the competeing viewpoints, this book is worthless; for the ignorant - it is danderous as the reader will take the words of the author for unarguable truth, since he himself claims that all he has said in the book is not novel or original ideas but is 'all clearly said in the Bible'. Really? Where does the bible talk about the illuminati, the EC, the knights templar...not to mention the rest? I would advise every person reading this review to spend the hours they would have spent on this book, actually reading the Bible as they woud profit a lot more insight into the truth. However, I am sure that sensation-seeking people with no passion for the truth will be very appreciative of this book as it is intriguing and easy to swallow. But, if you really want to dive below the surface on the route of the conspirative and end-time talk - you will find much more informed, eye-opening while balanced and factual discussions of the same on youtube.

Deceiving heading
My first book by Amir. I really looked forward to this purchase about the END TIMES or LAST HOUR, as I’ve enjoyed some of Amir’s youtube videos. I was very disappointed! Facts about the end times hardly feature. The title is misleading. There is a great deal of rambling on. I feel the first 8 chapters could have been significantly reduced to actually get to something that remotely refers to the book title. I really tried to like it, and really tried to press through, but couldn’t waste more time chapter after chapter hoping it will finally get to the point.

The Last Hour by Amir Tsarfari
Riveting. Honest. Insightful. Informative. Concise but rich in information and knowledge. We are living in the last days indeed. Although written in 2018, the events described according to the Scriptures are playing out before our eyes today. God’s word is true indeed. Awesome!

Very Informative
Amir Tsarfati is no prophet. He just studies the Bible and explains it in laymen's terms. Will definitely read it again.

Awesome!
Amir is the best in explaining bible prophecy. He makes it clear from an Israeli prospective. I pray for him daily, and hope to meet him either at a conference or at the marriage supper.
God bless you!

Whether you are a Christian, or not; a politician or not; as long as you are a seeker of Truth, this book will lay out events of our time in an understandable manner. This book comes at the right time, and brings hope to all mankind. Mr. Tsarfati has captured the very elements of what our times mean to us.

Got to the part about the versions, that was it!
I have to draw the line here. There is a huge difference in the King James Bible and the "new king james bible". Many verses are left out, changed, watered down, etc. There is a needed difference in thee, ye, thou, thine and you, your, ours, etc. The watered down translation leaves too much confusion and God is NOT the author of confusion. I'm returning the book and must part ways with this author. I'm hoping he will open his eyes and see the need for more study.

Interesting book, but.....
... the narrator speaks like he's talking to a group of kindergartners. It's distracting enough to ruin the story.

Great speaker not a great author.
Not impressed. Not enough about "The Last Hour" to be titled not enough facts. Disappointed, because of how interesting the author when you hear him speak.

The Last Hour?
The last hour to me would mean you would talk about the end times. I am always looking and researching and listening to learn Bible prophecy and there is very little in this book. Bummer I purchased it.
