Summary

When Jesus spoke about the last days, He said that certain signs would make it clear His return is near. What are those signs? And are they evident today?

As a Jewish native Israeli who is a Christian, Amir Tsarfati has a distinct perspective that weaves biblical history, current events, and Bible prophecy together to shine light on the mysteries about the end times. From his vantage point at the epicenter of today’s religious conflict and through careful Bible study, Tsarfati points to Scripture passages that inform us the return of the Lord is imminent.

In The Day Approaching, you will learn about God’s plan for the world, Israel, the church, and you; that the signs of Christ’s return are visible all around us; about the smokescreen of deception that will lure people away from truth; how even now God is revealing Himself to people and changing their hearts; and of the wonders that await us in Jesus’s future millennial kingdom.

As you seek hope and clarity about earth’s final days, let the Bible alone be the one resource you turn to for answers.

Inspiring!

A deep dive from Genesis to Revelation to show us clearly we are in the end times. The ultimate message is that we need to know the reality of this - just as all the prophesies so far have been accurately fulfilled, these about the end times are being and will be fulfilled.
God is real, and wants a relationship with you! Believe in Jesus, acknowledge that he is the son of God, and be saved - for all eternity. This book takes us through fulfilled prophesy and prophesy yet to be fulfilled which are God’s promises to us. We can believe with certainty that the things the Bible says will happen, will happen.

A book and message much needed today

This is a book is one of the best books I have come across, it not only points to the events happening before our very eyes, but points us to the one that can give us hope and save us. listen or read it Amir speaks God's words with conviction and passion and covers the story of the bible, Israel, it's people and land. It is a great overview of the bible and a message everyone needs to hear. Read the book a few times and let the message challenge you.

superb

It is seldom these days that I can absorb information without observing a contradiction with the truth. This book goes way beyond other commentaries in accuracy, revelation, information and inspiration. I unreservedly endorse this for everyone and anyone who desires truth. Derek Keith

A wolf in sheep's clothing

It turns out that Amir is a Christian with an Israeli accent. It means that many "enlightened" Christians might be drawn to him only to find that Amir is at the level of a Christian Sunday school teacher from 100 years ago coming from a kind of "replacement theology" mindset. There is nothing "Messianic" and "Enlightened" about this book or Amir's thinking. According to Amir, the Torah and the Feasts of the Lord are a shadow that points to the Messiah (which of course is correct), but now that Messiah has come they no longer need to be observed. Amir "proves" this by misquoting Paul just like replacement theology preachers of old have done while completely ignoring the fact that Paul himself observed Torah and the Feasts of the Lord even though the Messiah had already been revealed and was already resurrected. He also ignores Yeshua's own words from Matthew 5:17-18 which says "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfil them. Until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Torah until everything is accomplished".
There are many prophecies as yet unaccomplished and so, as such, I would suggest that Amir is a false teacher. Even once Messiah has returned and set up His Kingdom here on earth the book of Ezekiel is clear that the Temple will be rebuilt and sacrifices will be reinstated. Why, if all that has been done away with? Around 150 times God tells us to "remember" what He has done and so for any true Christian, grafted into the "Jewish" Olive Tree and any true Christian wanting to be part of the "One New Man", observing the Feasts fulfils that requirement. I conclude therefore that Amir's teaching is simply wrong. However, Amir is a good story teller and he will speak to the greater part of the so called "Church" where his teaching will be in line with how they think. The cynic in me suggests that this is the most financially viable route although it would be unfair for me to make such a judgement. Amir likes to speak the language of the gentile. He speaks of the Messiah as "Jesus Christ" which is, of course, not His real name but only a way to Christianise and gentilise the Jewish Messiah. This book will not lift Christians out of their paganistic lifestyle and into a One New Man relationship with their believing Jewish brethren so, even before I reached the halfway point of the book, I decided that I must reject it and return it. I feel uncomfortable parting with my finances to support a book such as this and I would suggest that other enlightened believers might just feel the same should they make the purchase.
