HYPNOTICALLY DULL

7 hours on something that could be explained in a TED talk? I found it hard to stay awake listening to this monotonous voice.

No scientific evidence

This is very worrying. I believe it's controversial nature is the only reason it's sold any copies. There are no scientific studies to back up any of the theories!

A fascinating book

Full of convincing, though biased, recent studies. A practical guide to regaining control of your physical, emotional and mental health; now and into the future.
I will need to listen again to digest all of the information and theory.
