Worth every minute!!
Such a great read, so many great ideas and tips. An inspirational listen and one i will listen again and again and I am sure will take new things from it every time, well worth it!

Great little book
Really enjoyed this read, dont normally buy such short books as my monthly token goes quick enough as it is but i am a big fan of James so made an exception. My only critisim is that James is so excitable he talks a bit too quick, i slowed it down to 80‰ speed and it was a much better listen. Other than thar this is a great book to show you how to create margin in your business by creating great customer expiriances! We have margin in ours but you can never have enough. After this i went and bought my best customers Christmad Hampers, Customer Cuddles!
