Summary

Kennedy Logan is smart and strong. And she will judge you.

When Kennedy Logan arrives for an interview with the mysterious organization known only as TUBE, her eyes are wide open. Her reward for passing the tests—and she will pass the tests—is her first assignment. A man is being blackmailed. But his story doesn't quite hang together. Kennedy must uncover the truth. And, once she knows everything, only then will she be ready to be his judge and jury.

Critic reviews

"The Catastrophe Test is a fast-moving, clever, well-written novella that will only leave you wanting more of Nigel’s writing. Utterly absorbing, this story encompasses a lot, from great premise and plotting to an intriguing central character." (Jennie Godfrey, author of The List of Suspicious Things)

What an intriguing story this was. I was really drawn in. I was disappointed when it ended. I’m really looking forward to finding out what Kennedy Logan does next!

A great book - I'll be looking out for the next

A friend recommended this book - and it might be a tad short but it is a great listen. You get thrown straight into the mystery at the beginning - It may not be long, but it's amazing what great plot you can actually fit into 1hr 21min without it feeling it's either skimpy in context or a rushed tale. I will look forward to the next one in what hopefully will be a series .... the end would suggest that anyway.
