About this listen

Guess who moved in next door? NYC’s top bachelor. And I’m not swooning—I’m cringing.

He’s everything I despise.

Grumpy.

Arrogant.

The neighbor from hell.

The bigger bombshell?

He’s a cutthroat hotel tycoon, now a major shareholder in my hotel.

And guess what? He’s convinced he can charm me out of the rest.

No chance his towering 6-foot-2 frame, those piercing eyes, and his ability to leave me breathless with every word will sway me.

My resolve to resist him is as firm as my "No dating CEOs" rule.

In my defense, he locked lips first.

I even attempted to keep my panties on during our first date.

But somehow, things went from hot to setting off fire alarms.

Until those mind-blowing O’s took a detour to "Oh sh*t!"

Because just when I think there might be an "us," I find myself jobless, apartment-hunting, and questioning all my life choices.

How did I go from locking myself out to nursing a heart in ruins?

From USA Today Bestselling Author Jolie Day comes a sizzling enemies-to-lovers romance. The book is a complete standalone, no cliffhanger. Definitely for adults only. A HEA is guaranteed!

Absolutely loved the story line and with the duet story telling, it all flows much better.

The change in Sean. Powerful CEO falling for Jess and having her back.

I listened to this audiobook when it first released, and another twice since. It still made me laugh out loud so many times!! A fabulous spicy RomCom full of great writing, brilliantly brought to life by two always amazing narrators! Absolutely love this book, and the second one in the series, which is also excellent. Both are complete standalones, and both well worth a listen (or 3!) 😊

My 3rd time listening & still makes me laugh out loud ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The story is rather bland and while the duet performances were great, I wasn’t totally enthralled by the story. It was too saccharine sweet for my liking!

Jacob Morgan!

If it wasn’t for the narrators I would have DNFed this book. Jacob Morgan could narrate the phone book and I would be captivated but this story was poorly written. Sorry.

The narrators saved the day

The story was meh, not the best but not the worst. Jason Clarke and Andi Arndt are two of my favourite narrators, but this wasn’t their best.

Disappointing
