cheaper then my therapy

Great Combo!

How many of us keep an eye out for those tricky moments? I really enjoyed discovering ways to manage emotions, like mindfulness and compassion. I've picked up some tips on staying grounded in the present moment to help ease my anxieties. It's important for us to trust in our ability to share our thoughts so we don't end up holding back our worries. Super Helpful for Healing and Happiness

This book really hit home for me. It helped me understand how my anxious attachment and childhood trauma have been affecting my relationships. The part on setting boundaries was pretty mind-blowing...something I’ve needed help with for a long time.
