Great information, helped my understanding of ADHD
Some audiobooks we have to listen to just to expand our knowledge of subjects and make us better people. For me, The ADHD Blueprint was one of those audiobooks. I have friends and co-workers who are afflicted with ADHD to varying degrees. The information the author presented really made me acknowledge I didn't know as much as I did.
I enjoyed the approach that was presented in the chapters about decluttering, which included physically, mentally & emotionally decluttering. I now feel like I have a better understanding of issues some people may grasp and hold on to.
If you are ADHD, I hope this audiobook would help you, even if in only small manner. For the rest of us, it's always a good idea to learn more do we can better understand people if the need comes up.

Understanding and actionable
This audiobook is about understanding ADHD and offers practical, real-world advice, leading to a more fulfilling life. I liked that it really gets the specific struggles (and strengths!) of ADHD and doesn't come across as a 'flaw' to be fixed. "Accepting ADHD as part of one's identity rather than resenting it, can bring peace and a pro-active approach to life's challenges." Furthermore, because this is a comprehensive book, it enables an individual to tailor their approach at every stage of life.

ADHD Advice that Actually Makes Sense
This audiobook really opened my eyes to the world of ADHD, and I found myself relating to so much of it. It’s got everything covered—from the challenges of school all the way to navigating work and relationships as an adult. I appreciated how it wasn’t about “fixing” ADHD but embracing it and working with it. The advice on routines, managing distractions, and understanding how to play to your strengths was surprisingly helpful for me, even though I don’t fit the typical ADHD profile. It’s practical, insightful, and feels like a friendly guide for navigating life in a way that actually works.

Great book - You're not crazy!
I got this book for my husband. He is in his 50s now, he was not diagnosed until he was in his 30s. Having grown up in a rural community in the 80s, teachers and medical professionals simply did not have the tools and education to identify ADHD at that time. While he is technically ADD, and not ADHD, this book still helped both me and my husband with insights on how his brain works differently from people without these diagnoses - including me! While we already had some of the information that this book provides, it still offered some gems that were particularly enlightening for me that I will remember when we clash about things, and I can't understand why he thinks the way he does in the heat of the moment. The narration in the book is also smooth and easy to listen to. I highly encourage you to pick up this book if you have an ADHD person in your life, or even if you just suspect it to learn something new. Pay particular attention to the tips on how to spot the most common signs of ADHD, they are very helpful.
