This is an excellent guide to those wanting to lose weight or get healthier, especially those with certain conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. This book is laid out very simply and would be easy to follow. On a personal note, I've read/listened to many of Michael's books, this is the first one I've listened to since his death. It was nice hearing his voice and knowing his legacy will continue.
