Great book, and Fab diet

love Dr M.Mosley, his explanation of the science that supports this method of changing your diet is well presented. I have followed the fast 800 and lost 17kg in just 8 weeks. I listened the 8 week blood sugar diet to support and re-energise my efforts as I still have about 20kg to lose..

so very helpful. I'm staring the diet today!.

this is going to change mine and my daughters lives. we've struggled before with other diets but this is an eating plan we can do for life.

8 weeks to life

loved the book, has lots of tips and really easy to listen too. I would recommend trying this before you poison yourself with medication that, in the end will fail.

im motivated, now, to lose weight with this plan. 800 kcal is a bit low for me at the moment but will try jt one day

Gives you hope!

I liked how the book showed a way forward and how we can transition into a better healthier lifestyle and combat these modern day diseases like Diabetes.

Conversational tone and the science facts to back up what was being advocated.

Really enjoyed listening and it really resonated with me. I’m not diabetic but definitely susceptible with other factors. Thank you I have inspired to start and the menu plan is super helpful.

Super basic

Not very advanced . It’s for people who are extremely overweight . It’s kind of like a “don’t drink fizzy drinks “ kind of book. This book is for super unhealthy people , who probably just eat junk food. It’s not for seasoned dieters
