One of the top 10 books you need in life

This book is not only for diabetics or those who maybe worried they may become diabetic, it’s a lifetime lifelong way of life that needs to be adopted by the whole family and society. While I am not ‘officially’ diabetic yet after taking in all this valued and highly credible information backed by other scientific dietary reevaluations, correcting via new tech etc the errors of the past, I am fully aware that I was nearing this due to my weight, age and lifestyle,.
However, I am now aware that even when I was thin and apparently healthy and active, that I was equally if not closer to becoming diabetes victim.
This book is a true EYE opener, and in addition you may benefit if not convinced to view some of the highly scientific properly researched videos on YouTube covering multinational medical research into how the microbes in you intestines work and how modern lifestyle over the last 3-4 decades has dangerously changed or health and even more dangerous commercial foods
But don’t believe me, it’s your life your decisions, just open your mind and read, listen and then decide if you want a better healthier enjoyable life or remain as you are….

Inspiring

This book has inspired me to get the book and recipe book.
I’ve recently been prescribed Metformin, ramipril and atorvastatin, I’m not happy taking any of them so I’m going to give myself a chance with these recommendations

A must read

Michael tells is exactly how it is, in a way anyone can follow.
I love to hear the attention to his research.
After year's if yo-yo dieting I feel I now how the knowledge we all need.

Easy to follow

Engaging voice, very good advice, inspiring stories, and easy to understand scientific information. I was hesitant to get the audible version, but along with the downloadable pdf, it’s actually quite easy to follow and use.

Gives you hope!

I liked how the book showed a way forward and how we can transition into a better healthier lifestyle and combat these modern day diseases like Diabetes.

I have started adopting this and liked the amazing tips.

so very helpful. I'm staring the diet today!.

this is going to change mine and my daughters lives. we've struggled before with other diets but this is an eating plan we can do for life.

Great book, and Fab diet

love Dr M.Mosley, his explanation of the science that supports this method of changing your diet is well presented. I have followed the fast 800 and lost 17kg in just 8 weeks. I listened the 8 week blood sugar diet to support and re-energise my efforts as I still have about 20kg to lose..
