About this listen

When Tammy Gleason received a frantic phone call from her father, that was all it took to put her on the road home to Fort Bragg from Memphis, Tennessee, trying to outrun a disaster. On her way out of town, she befriends a young man whose only name is Ringo and who just might be a little bit more than he seems.

The two of them will travel together as Tammy tries to make it to her father before things break down. Thrust together by events out of their control, the two will learn to depend on one another as they cover each other's weaknesses and search for a way home.

Outstanding!

I thought “Odd Billy Todd” was exceptionally good - in fact the only book I gave re-listened to three times, but this is certainly on the same level.
Mr Reed has produced yet another post apocalyptic scenario that is very believable.
As ever excellent narration too.
I hope there will be many more to follow.

Easy listening

Another fantastic book by NC Reed. Really enjoyed the storyline and flow. It's always the case when I finish these standalone books, you want more!

Christopher Lanes narration is spot on, once more.

Too Short,🙃

It seemed far too short, the characters were, as always with Mr Reed, well crafted and engaging.
I hope this is the first in a series.

Very entertaining

Another great book from N C Reed. Good story, good characters. The narrator does a really good job and brings everything to life. I recommend this.
