Sinclair and Lavender!
With her personal and professional life in flux Lavender travels to Kentbury to spend the summer in her family’s vacation home. She is the one who is surprised when she finds out it has been sold however the new owners not only offer to let her stay but offer her a job at the children’s camp they are setting up.
His ex-wife’s impending marriage has Sinclair questioning what is really important so he decides to take a break from his fathers stressful business to help out his siblings in Kentbury. Lavender teases his grumpy mood away and shows him what has been missing in his life.
Sinclair and Lavender go from adversaries to friends to everything. The banter between them is entertaining and the time they spent apart allowed them to realize how they felt for each other until they could be together again. The narrators were a great match for the characters as they brought out both the humor and all the feels that this story holds.

Perfect summer listen!
This series is best small town listen! I am all in each time Kentbury is in the title, and I can't wait to hear what is happening next. There is something magical that happens there. This time the pixie dust is sprinkled on Lavender and Sinclair. Lavender has come back to stay at her family home only to find out her parents sold it to have a summer camp going to be opened there. Her ex is trying to get her company from her, and now this! All the new owners are sympathetic to her plight, except one and want to give her two weeks to stay and help get the camp off to a successful start! All but Sinclair that is, the one who is grumpy, dealing with his own corporate issues. Where does it all go? Well give this gem a listen. It's broody man, small town gossip, friends to lovers, slow burn and all around romance that captured my heart and will grab yours too.
Narrated by Connor Crais and Grace Grant, this treat is not only a good story but an amazing narration! Crais plays the best Sinclair! The warmth in his voice as he gets to know Lav is what it's all about! Easy to love, Sin is quite the man as Crais captures his essence. Grant is perfect as Lavender. A bit unhappy, incredibly smart and confident, she finds the best voice for Lav. I could not stop listening to this team and enjoyed every minute.

Wonderful Story & Listen🎧Heartfelt & Delightful!
It is great to be back in Kentbury for another amazing tale, a heartwarming small town romance that is captivating from start to end. There is nothing like a summer romance, even for those who were not looking and never saw it coming. This fourth book of the series is Lavender and Sinclair McFolley’s story and it packs a whole lot of story for a novella sized book, one I could not get enough of. Lavender needs to get away and goes to their family’s home in Kentbury, but as she is settling in she gets unexpected visitors, the new owners. Her parents never told her they sold the home and the new owners were understanding of her mistake, but the brother who did not seem to fit in was not. Sinclair is a busy man, but he made some time to help his siblings run a summer camp, besides he could use the break, especially after hearing his ex is getting remarried. It was great to watch Lavender and Sinclair get to know each other, and even find themselves. I loved how everything played out, and the dialogue and back-and-forth banter were brilliant, both in person and via text. This wonderfully written and plotted story has the perfect balance of drama, charm, heartfelt emotions and a slow burn and steamy romance. Claudia Burgoa, thank you for another fabulous story and emotional rollercoaster ride. Escapism at its best, an enjoyable summer romance to enjoy anytime of the year!
🎧📚🎧 The perfect pairing, Connor Crais and Grace Grant, did a wonderful job bringing these characters to life and did so with a complete understanding of who they were portraying, giving each a voice that was fitting and was believable in every role. Crais nailed it as Sinclair, perfectly grumpy to so much more, and Grant was just as fabulous as Lavender, grasping all aspects of her personality. Both were equally amazing performing the roles of the secondary characters too. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and had you feeling them all. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their performance elevates this already fantastic story to another level. Thank you for another fabulous listen.
