I had been listening to some meditation and doing some research and for 2weeks have been doing some reprogramming from another program to re-build my confidence. When I remembered I hadn't yet listened to Craig's subattraction ..... So just listened to it this morning In a quiet room with no distractions. I was swept away by Craig's thoughtful and I believe true interpretation and concise summary of how all our lives fit into the Universe of Oneness and what he has researched (from ancient teachings) as the 8 most essential principles of 'Being' at one with all things living within the Universe and of course ourselves. Then listening to the affirmation was, I thought a most powerful one which stirred an emotion in me I must have been holding onto but hadn't realised; this enabled me to let go of that emotion with tears of gratitude. Thank you, Craig for this - God bless X and hope to follow your journey with Love X

I enjoy these types of exercises. Only tiny mini gripe is - less mention of the author's website. Comes across as a bit phoney & naff, which I think spoils the authenticity of the product.

So... The track is 45mins in total. 25mins or more of that is Craig telling us all about his new pseudo religion and promoting his websites. The actual Hypnosis is 16mins long (approx) and that is made up of about 8mins of him talking... and then 8mins of silence and a few 'thunderclaps' and echos..

Most of the vocal/talk is things like "I am sorry for for picking up bad programming".... "I ask forgiveness from the universe for having negative thoughts"... Well, that kind of thing anyway.

I think Craig has developed a bit of a Jesus complex and the vocal/talk ends with "I forgive you. I love you. I love you. I love you."

Refund going to be requested for this one. That's for sure.

The book is divided into 2 parts.The second is the hypnosis which is ok but not great.Whilst the first contains some important information it is a paraphrased version of his book The Switch which is not on when you buy both books only to find it’s a repeat under a different title
