Summary
An excellent narrative is remembered by everyone. Regardless of the subject matter, good tales seem to stick with us, whether we hear them on the radio, read about them in the newspaper, or watch them unfold on live television. When recounted by a great storyteller, a good story can be quite compelling. Effective storytellers can captivate their audience, guide them in whichever direction they need to go, and leave listeners/readers with new information to absorb and a value to carry with them for the rest of their lives.
There's an old adage that people who tell stories are the ones who dominate the world. Whether you're pitching an investor, conducting a meeting, or introducing a new initiative, storytelling should be at the heart of everything you do as a team. Even a phone chat with a potential client entails some form of narrative. You may connect with customers, engage with colleagues, and even start a movement by using the power of storytelling.
People often believe that learning a lesson through observation is less painful than learning through experience. When we share and embrace our failures, we assist others in overcoming their own challenges. The story can invest a concept with meaning and emotions in a way that plain writing cannot. People are drawn to stories because they can grasp a concrete object. Stories elicit emotions and motivate people to act.
Speeches, presentations, workshops, and even board meetings can all benefit from the use of storytelling. Don't forget about it; it's been one of the most valuable abilities humanity has had since the dawn of communication.

Awesome tips.
Conversing with certainty and giving your crowd a chance to hear you out is an ability. In this book recording most likely can help on the best way to be not a decent communicator but rather the best communicator that you can be.

Storytelling made simple
I truly enjoy this Audio book because I manage to be one to tell stories and mid-way through, I ignore why I started them! This audiobook is easy to read and the rules are very easy to follow. I have started following the method both in my oral stories and written ones. It has encouraged me and I have practiced the ideas to help others as well.

It provided very important useful tips
I used to have so much fear about my partner reaction, and that was very bad for our future. Thanks to this audiobook I learned how to talk better with my partner.

Very happy to listen this great book.
I liked hearing the stories of victory and how using the simple act of speaking n a story encouraged people to move forward. I also found the storytelling structure and starts to be simple to follow and fulfill. I wish to use these methods to improve my part of the business even further.

Beautiful Book!
I enjoyed the step-by-step method and practical information, plus the example stories that required some editing and the troubleshooting hints. A quick guide, and a worthy source that I will practice and quote in future classes as my students examine how music tells a story!

This is a very practical audio book.
This is a very practical audio book. It not only states the value of telling "stories" in a business environment, but gives practical advice as to how to do it. Unlike some other self-help audio books.

Outstanding!!
I get that it's an audiobook about storytelling, but some of the stories go on much too long and they don't hold my concentration. It was a bit of a conflict to get thru the book.

It's good to reflect on day and night.
I am not an awful communicator; however I'm not a superb one, either. I'm here to build up that specific appeal this book is discussing. Shockingly, it has positive substance that roused me to complete the book and reflect on it day and night.

This audio book is smart, funny and practical. I spent a Sunday listen it and now it's going to my office where I will use it for inspiration and guidance when preparing my next client presentation.

Really a great book
Conveying technical stuff in the form of story-telling is really an effective strategy. The author has done a great job in laying out example presentation situations in front of small and large audiences in a variety of contexts.
