Finally...

A biographical work that scratches the itch of the missing gaps from reading Nin’s writing - Who was her husband whom she never mentions? etc

After the initial couple of essays, the fascinating, biographical content really gets going. ‘Ze Fronch akzent’ of the narrator doing Nin’s voice is jarring but you get used to it and it’s worth it for the best piece of biographical writing on Nin, written by an insider, exhaustively researched.
