Summary

Research suggests that the first six months of life are the most critical to a child’s development of language skills. For an individual to become sufficiently skilled in any language, they must be exposed to the language as early as possible, preferably before school age.

  • Is your child saying single words and starting to put two words together?
  • Can your child share a simple turn-taking game without having a tantrum?
  • Can your child understand simple instructions?
  • Can your child express their needs without getting frustrated?
  • Can you understand what your child wants, without guessing?

If you want to change the answers to the above questions from no to yes, then you are on the right page!

Follow the advice and strategies written by a speech and language therapist.

Learn when and how the zero- to five-year-old children develop their understanding, talking, and playing skills.

If your toddler’s communication and play skills are delayed, learn how delayed they are and how you can help them close that gap.

  • Get top tips to help your child develop speech, language, and play skills
  • Acquire knowledge about how children learn to talk, understand and play

Amazing book on communication

This book helps the parent understand if their child's communication skills are not up to par and what you can do to help. The practice games are super helpful and can help you take your child's speech to the next level
