Very inspiring!
A really wonderful series! I'm must say I was surprised that I enjoyed listening to this so much as I do not drink alcohol at all, I just really enjoy resources that enlighten me on activities that I do not take part of. The information that the author shares is truly valuable, there are so much you will learn that are just eye opening and will put you in a positive direction to change your life for the better and forever! The narration was superb and highlighted the content perfectly at a pleasant pace. Truly a must listen for everyone. Highly recommend this!

To stop the repetition of hangovers and regrets
Why do we drink? Why are we unable to achieve our life goals, or why don't we have any? What shaped us so that alcohol became a problem in our lives? The author presents a way to develop self-awareness in order to have a good understanding of oneself. It offers a path with concrete exercises with the aim of making positive decisions and building the sense of intuition. It's deep work, but this book accompanies us through the process, making the changes a reality at every step. He shows us that it is possible to change the automatic pilot of destructive decisions, thanks to awareness by discovering the motivations to camouflage traumas, past events through alcohol.

Very inspiring
The author takes a different approach to stop drinking. There are so many factors that people do not look at when they are addicted but the author does a great job of bringing those topics to light. One topic that is addressed is your ego. Taming your ego is something that I never thought about. I think this applies in multiple areas of life as well. If you have an ego that tells you its okay to overeat, drink what you want, do what drugs you want etc, then you are going to find yourself in a world of hurt. Once you are able to obtain small goals, you start to tell yourself that you met that goal and now you're in control, but you are not. I just appreciate that the author does not take the approach of one size fits all and does not try to rewrite the old ways of looking at sobriety. Great book for anyone looking to make changes in their life.

Powerful and Extremely Helpful
This audiobook offers a unique and refreshing approach to tackling addiction and achieving sobriety. It's also a great resource to help you understand the addiction that a friend or loved one may be dealing with. The author's personal experience with alcoholism adds a level of authenticity and relatability to the material. The 3 sober steps outlined in the book are easy to understand and follow, and the author provides practical tools and strategies for making lasting change. Something that stood out to me was the chapter about triggers. It really helped me sympathize with others dealing with addiction. Overall, this is an excellent resource for anyone looking to overcome addiction and master sobriety or to help understand what a loved one is going through.

Will help many obtain sobriety!
This is a great book for those struggling with sobriety. The author does a wonderful at job at encouraging the reader to take accountability for their actions without coming off as callous or rude. The author mentions many hurdles that may be standing between the author and there and sobriety and how to overcome them. I appreciate that the author mentions the effects alcohol can have on your health, a lot of time these dangerous consequences or ignored until it is much too late. This is a great audiobook, that I would recommend to all people struggling with their alcohol consumption.

A practical guide to sobriety & better life
This audiobook offers practical advice and reinforces the purpose of an addict to become sober. It is hard-hitting, raw, honest, and comical at times. I would recommend this audiobook for anyone who wants to become sober, or those who love them. I think this information could give a sober person insight to how an addict thinks. The audio is good and the narrator is easy to listen to.

Take action Now!
As someone who comes from a line of alcoholism and drug addiction i find this book extremely enlightening.
I just assumed because it was in my blood i had no choice but live a drunken life.
The 3 steps to soberness are intentional and just unusual enough to break the monotony of average 12 step programs.
My emotions were always the root of breaking my sobriety, so i appreciate the coverage of mastering emotions.
There is so much more to this book and such powerful methods to conquering your addictions.
So grateful for this author and his multiple other sober planet resources.
