Summary
In addition to this amazing gift of life, Jamie has designed a new house for Kendra and Isaac and is overseeing its construction on Isaac's ancestral property along the Shenandoah River, with the help of Cash Rosslyn. By giving her sister both a home and a family, Jamie hopes to prove to Kendra that she deserves absolution for her past mistakes.
But when a medical crisis threatens her health and her promising new relationship with Cash, Jamie learns that the most difficult choice in her life is yet to come.

Enjoyed the series
I love the two stories that get told during these books. I applaud the narrator for being able to do many voices, but I CRINGED each time she did a kid voice....I also really disliked the Hannah character and I believe that is because of the voice she was given

Another good listen from this author
Liked the story however the narration made me crazy specifically the children and older characters. I almost stopped listening as I couldn't bear to hear Hanna and Alyssa's voice like fingernails on a chalkboard.

Wonderful storyline.
I live the story how it weaves generations.
Lovely. Maybe photos of the quilts at the end.
My only suggestion for this series would be to have a male read the mens dialogue.

The Kid’s Voices—Awful
Having trouble listening during extended dialogue with the kids. The kids voices are whiny and petulant. I love this author and this series. Have totally enjoyed the first four books of the series and I wonder if I’d rather read this one due to the kids voices. It just grates on my nerves.

Absolutely Fabulous
I loved this story of Kendra and Jamie and how Jamie chose to help Kendra. I loved Jamie's two delightful daughters. I loved Grace and her story during the war. I loved the quilting aspect. I loved everything, there was nothing to dislike. Isabel Keating was outstanding with her narration and brought the characters to life.
