Very Encouraging

Self-confidence is a lifestyle, and this book clearly shows you what you need to do to achieve it. Spend time with yourself, interact better with others and you will feel so much better about yourself. With self-confidence you can achieve so much in life.

One of the Most Helpful Audio

I appreciated the simplicity of the exercises, you can do them without feeling too much resistance which makes it much easier to stick to the challenge, even on days when you feel really low.
I do belief that consistency is key to make permanent change, so I recommend going through this challenge at least once more or maybe pick out some of your favorite exercises and make them a habit. Recommended!

Unique approach to self confidence

I bought the book expecting the same old advice, but was pleasantly surprised. I found lots of small, easy steps I could take and I found that very motivating.

This book on the power of self Confidence was really impressive. Learning about the effect it can have on your life both physically and mentally is incredibly eye-opening.
The techniques are so simple to introduce in your life and the benefits of being more grateful and the impact it can have on yours and others lives really make this essential listening.

provoking and motivational audio book!

I really enjoyed listening to this audio book. Ordinarily I hate it when books are overly repetitive, but in this book I found the repetitive nature to be a key motivating element of the book. After listening to this book I truly felt a sense of gratitude for what I have in life and have been reflecting on it daily. I have found it to have an incredibly positive effect on my mood and interactions with others during the day.

This book focuses on how important gratitude is in making you happy and how you can utilize this. I think it has the power to make a huge difference in people's lives; it definitely did for me. The book gives tips, and best ways to improve your happiness and really covers the topic in an engaging and interesting manner.
The narration was clear and Anderson enthusiasm grabbed my attention and made me keen to continue listening.
All in all I thing this was a fantastic book that could make a big difference to your life.

Great Book for Life

This was my second book I listened to in confidence and this one was really good as well because it had exercises that help you see your self worth and see that you're way more than you thought your were and that you can get to where you want to be. It gives you good mindsets and breaks down the negative thoughts you have.

The exercises help

I love this book. I am fond of working through self-help books such as this one. All of us at some point experience a situation where a lack of confidence is holding us back. Insecurities and reservations take over, so we prefer not to take any risks and instead just stay in our comfort zone. This book is so on point. The author has written some really good and practical points on how to build your confidence and become more comfortable and confident in your own skin. I loved that the book has so many exercises to boost your confidence.

Everything is good

This book will present you with practical advice, experiments and challenges you can do to improve self-confidence. These challenges may be hard for most people lacking self-confidence, but this is exactly what makes them so powerful. Stepping out of your comfort zone to do things you’ve never thought about doing before, is the first step towards change and improving self-confidence. Breaking through self-limiting beliefs is crucial and this book will teach you how to do that. Very helpful book for anyone who wants to improve self-confidence!
