Pleasant listen, good info
I recently finished listening to Secrets of RVing on Social Security and enjoyed it. Jerry Minchey has a casual, friendly writing style and the narrator was perfect for that. The book was entertaining and also contained a lot of good information for anyone considering the RV lifestyle in retirement. There were also many practical tips for how to set goals and accomplish them and actually get on the road after the decision is made. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in this lifestyle, even if you don't think you'd ever really do it. You may be surprised!

A MUST LISTEN for New RV Owners
I've had the pleasure to get to know Jerry Minchey and he is a rare "Good Soul". This book will save many people a whole lot of time on the learning curve about the RV lifestyle, and many things that go along with RV Living. Listen to his advice, and somewhere down the road you will save yourself a lot of trouble and headache.

Your Secret Roadmap to a Life of Freedom
Veteran RVing guru Jerry Minchey pulls back the curtain to show you how to live a dream on a dime. In today’s crazy inflationary times, we could all use a boost to know how to make our retirement check dollars stretch even further. How do you pay for gas, park camping, and even save costs on food, clothing and entertainment?
What strategy can you use to prepare for tire replacement or repairs, a part of life you’ll need to plan for, whether you live in a home, condo, apartment, or RV. Jerry shows you simple ways to make challenges like these doable without breaking the bank or your budget.
And, you can still live well, eat well, and stay healthy. Plus, all too often forgotten, are the people you meet, real neighbors, not just acquaintances, but folks who become lifelong friends. Can you say the same about those in your own neighborhood?
How many of us really know our neighbors and can count on them to be there in an emergency, or when we need help with a leak, engine, tire, or other maintenance issue. If you are anything like me, not many!
Jerry says RV campers are some of the friendliest on the planet, which makes good sense. I’ve lived aboard boats and can say the same about fellow liveaboards. We always looked out for one another and helped out. What’s not to like?
This delightful audio-book will entertain you with the excellent, easygoing narration and depth and breadth of the info, all easy-to-understand and filled with tips and techniques from someone who’s been there, done that. An outstanding addition to any library, whether you are a RV neophyte, RV veteran, or somewhere in-between. Highly recommended!
