About this listen
Life is smooth sailing until these new roomies find themselves stuck between a rock and a very hard place. Because lusting after the one person you shouldn't ever mess around with - your new roommate - is like cardinal rule number one. Get ready for four complete friends-to-lovers rom-com standalones.
The Room Mate - Her best friend's younger brother moves in, and despite being off-limits, he is oh so tempting.
The Play Mate - Her older brother's best friend becomes the financial backer to her lingerie company; then, these two office mates decide to become play mates. What's the worst that could happen?
The House Mate - He's the hot, single dad, and she's the new live-in nanny. This is swoon-worthy perfection if you like single dad romance!
The Soul Mate - The smoking-hot one-night stand she was never supposed to see again? She's pregnant, and he’s her hot doctor.

2 of 4 books isn't bad.
The first 2 books were good great narration and storyline. Book 3 the 'hot dad' storyline was just ridiculous and tiresome i skipped through most of it!

Sweet, sexy collection
Four hot & sweet standalone stories. Best friend's brother; best friend's sister; new nanny & her hot boss; one night stand becomes forever-love. I loved 2 of the 3 narrators.

4 Great stories 3 Great Narrators 1 Great package
Kendall Ryan wows again, with this romance series.
Over all, this was an enjoyable listen. It definitely made my work week go better.
Of the four books, I have to be honest and say that those read by Ava and Sebastian are by far my favourites. Sebastian has the kind of voice that has your panties melting off. Jeremy, especially in the 4th book, The Soul Mate, didn't have the same charisma for me. That doesn't mean that they aren't enjoyable, just that I would have stayed with the other two narrators throughout the series.
The Room Mate - Ava Erickson & Jeremy York.
Her best friend asked if her little brother, Cannon, could stay in her spare room. Just for a while, because he's fresh from a messy breakup. Of course he can. After all, they used to play together when they were younger. Cannon was geeky and younger than they we're, but you got to help out an old friend, right? So why does her heart skip a gazillion beats when he shows up at her front door? Oh yeah! Because he grew up into a freaking Adonis; that's why.
One drunken night, he confesses that women can't help but fall in love with him, once he's taken them to bed.
What can the harm be in proving him wrong, if it gets her a few O's thrown in? It's not like she's about to fall in love with him. Right...Right
The Play Mate - Ava Erickson and Sebastian York. This is a great Friends to lovers romance.
This one works straight away, for me, because it has Sebastian York narrating. Firstly, you know straight away that this book will be melting your panties off. Secondly, Sebastian York is the perfect narrator for any romance.
Smith Harrison is smart, super hot, loaded, super hot... Did I say that already?
He is about to go into business with his best friend and his best friend's sister, Evie.
He needs to control himself a little better around her. He wants her, but she's off limits in fear of totally ruining, not only his partnership with her and her brother, but also losing the friendship that they've had for ever.
They meet up in a bar in France, the two men already being chatted up by two Parisian women. Evie isn't best pleased. It's messing with her chances of bedding Mr. Smith Harrison. Her plan later that night, is going off without a hitch. She has snuck into his hotel suite and, in the dark of night, into his bed. She has the most amazing orgasm before her breathy moans make him realise that it isn't the French woman from the bar, but Evie. He brings the night to an abrupt halt. That's when things start getting interesting. Do they go their separate ways, or let their mutual attraction culminate into many sizzling night's of extacy?
The House Mate - Ava Erickson and Sebastian York.
Max Alexander is gorgeous and well off, but can't seem to find love. Another promising one night stand is ruined when a woman shows up at his house and leaves a note, a bag and a baby. His baby. His world gets flipped on it's head. He's equipped for most things, but bringing up a baby? Yeah, that isn't one of them.
So he advertises for a nanny. Addison has just become single and needs something to get her out of her permanent state of funk. She falls in love with Max's daughter, Dylan... But can she protect her heart from falling for Max.
The Soul Mate - Ava Erickson and Jeremy York.
Dr. Mason Bentley has a one night stand he knows only as, Bryn, but she absolutely rocks his world. So much so, that he has to find her; because he believes that she is his soul mate. Weeks go by with no luck and he's ready to give up his search, until a woman comes into his office to have an exam for a potential pregnancy. Imagine both their surprise, when he's in the middle of examining her and she moved her hands away from her face, to reveal none other than Bryn. Now the race is on to prove to her that true love and soul mates really do exist. But how do you do that when the other person doesn't even believe in Happy Ever After?

The Room Mates Series
I read the first two books before I got my audible account so was looking forwarding to getting the remaining books in their series - all four are included in this purchase (although I’ve currently only listened to the remaining 2) I enjoyed listening to the stories and thought the narrators were great

Great collection. (Just 1 credit for 4 books)
Amazing value. I loved all four books - the story and narration. The last one was particularly heart wrenching, showing the true power of love. I would say my favourite was book 2, with book 1 following closely behind then, 3/4 being equal and just slightly behind book 1. It's so hard to choose.

Okay, but cheesy
The stories are okay, the ideas are quite good, but at times I had to roll my eyes. It’s cheesy and cliched. The descriptions are quite similar in the books, sometimes a little vulgar.
Ava narrates great, Sebastian too. But I did not like the way the other narrator reads.
