Vanessa and Daniel's story continues...

First off, it is best to listen to the first two audiobooks in the series before listening to this. There are events and characters that are best understood within the context of the whole series.

That said, Vanessa and Daniel seem to have achieved the perfect life together. Just when happily ever after seems inevitable, Vanessa receives compromising photographs of Daniel from her stalkerish ex-fiance and everything changes. Vanessa cannot get over the implications of the photographs and Daniel is determined to get to the bottom of the situation. Meanwhile Brian is found dead and it looks like either Vanessa or Daniel might somehow be involved.

Between Daniel's TV show and Brian's murder, Daniel's attempts to fix his relationship with Vanessa is fraught with challenges. Of course nothing is quite what it seems and Daniel and Vanessa have to rekindle their faith and trust in each other to solve the mystery.

This audiobook is emotional and exciting. Sandra Kyle has somehow managed to take a contemporary romance to the next level by including fairly usual and common themes in unusual ways. I have thoroughly enjoyed the series and sincerely hope that Vanessa and Daniel get their HEA. I think they deserve it!
