I found this resource to be incredibly beneficial not only for my husband but also for our relationship during this transformative period.

Caring for your partner
There are a good number of books out there for fathers about parenting babies and small children, but I love that this book truly focuses on the pregnancy. Fathers can often feel like there is only so much help they can give while their partner is pregnant, which can lead to them feeling like they are failing as a dad even before the baby arrives. However, with the tools you learn in this book you will have a better understand of the care you can give and a a wide array of ideas for how to make your partner's pregnancy as comfortable as possbile.

Great support tool for dads!
My brother will be a first-time dad, so I wanted to find him a resource he could learn from. So many people focus on the mom and then get mad at the soon-to-be dad for not knowing or not being as involved as the mom, but what if we gave the tools so they could be equal parents? That's what I found in this book. The opportunity to be an equal parent. My brother will love this book, and I cannot wait to see him with his son and implement these strategies. The author was very thorough in what to expect, how they can participate and be helpful, and how to thrive as a new parent.
