A must read for parents of introvert kids

In this follow up Cain focuses on how it is to grow up as an introvert in a very extrovert school system. She shares stories about typical obstacles for introverts and how to overcome them.
Even though it wasn't as great as Quiet I really enjoyed it and found many useful tools here too.

High RecognisionLevel :)

Discovered introvertism and that i was one around 30+, this book helps as an lookingglass bacword couse it has alot of recognisions, so thanks for this, this book will help alot of persons like me before livin that amount of years bashing yourself for not fitting in and thinking something is wrong, something that is not so nice when you are so inwards with deep thinkings and overthinkings. Took years to balance alot out from what i had forced myself to try to be, and all arnt done yet but im a good way towards be thi real Me, and books like this helps in that both in healing and onwards so thanks :)

Fantastic read

Having only just very recently realised and accepted that I am actually an introvert that's been fighting against an externally expectant extroverted life style BEFORE I listened to this book, I can honestly say that having now consumed this book, I am far more at peace with being who I really am. Thank you Susan

Gave me a strategy for personal growth without shaming me for being shy

This book is incredible. If you’ve ever found yourself wondering why you act differently to the people around you but that you’re also incredible at making connections with people one to one, or in smaller groups. This breaks down why.

It highlights your introversion as a strength and gives you the tools to utilise it so that you achieve your full potential.

Definitely a must read for anyone who feels like they’re an introvert or how to understand someone in their life is who i.e. A child, sibling, parent or friend
