About this listen
The conclusion to the In Her Dreams trilogy
Updated cover by Angel Leya.
Excerpt from Purpose In Her Dreams:
His smile widens. “Emily.” Did I notice tears prick his eyes before he blinked? “You’re here.”
“I’m here,” I sing in Genevieve’s gravely alto tone.
He pulls over and turns to look at me.
When he doesn’t respond, I ask, “How did you know?”
His sly smile makes its appearance. “You did not flash your pouty face and complain about your designer hat or designer shoes getting dirty.”
“Ah!” I try to push her back further. She resists at first, but recognizing how Andrew acts when I am present, she allows it. “Genevieve is fun, isn’t she?”
He shrugs, then jumps down from the car and holds out a hand to help me down.
Wrapping my arm into the crook of his arm, he squeezes once. “She’s not all bad. She is my way to see you.” He kisses the top of my head, and we walk down the lane. “I’ve missed you.”

All the pieces of the puzzle.
Holy kittens, as much as I theorised how this would end. Honestly it still left me flawed, all the plot twists were insane but in the best way. I absolutely squealed in excitement at that ending, although it came with a steep price. It's a refreshing change when my favourite character doesn't die, which usually happens in other stories. Lucy is such a wonderful character too, I really felt bad for some of the things she was put through. This series has a varied range of emotional experiences, from some of the best moments in the characters lives, to the most devastating ones. Every character is either hiding something, or is dealing with some kind of problem. It's a story that pulls you in, and keeps you engaged. The whole concept of dream walking is fascinating, and all the possible outcomes is exciting. To say I enjoyed this series is an understatement, I was extremely blown away by it. Usually I read dark fantasy, but I wanted to give this series a try. I'm seriously glad I picked this up and listened to it, of course I'm going to be over thinking all the ways this story could have gone forever now. But that's what I found I loved the most, it's something that will stay with me. I highly recommend this series, it's an absolutely fantastic read and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.
