Melody clue is on the case
This is a short mystery with a happy ending. I like my stories a bit longer (hence only the four stars) so the author can add twists to the plot to keep you guessing but you don't get that with this book. It does mean there is no complicated plot or to many characters to confuse you. Actually it would be great for a younger reader or listener as there is no murder, swearing or sex scenes and it is short, great for car journeys.
Melody Clue hates cheating spouse cases especially as she found her boyfriend cheating on her so when she gets two back to back case she hopes she doesn't have to hit the ice cream fun to much. Will her investigation end in tears or is the fears or cheating unfounded?
I liked the narrator as she brought life to the story.
