Effective
This is a very effective introduction to Brazilian Portuguese. I feel like I should write the author a thank you note. I am using several resources to learn Brazilian Portuguese, including this book

Just amazing
Great, easy to learn and complete with CD. I bought it to teach my son (8 years) and he really enjoy it. I recommended it!

Practical. Real
Ok. Very thorough, but not something I'll tend to use regularly. I've been using a free phone app for learning Portuguese instead and it's so simple to use, and easy to stay motivated on.

Very good language tool but you'll need more to learn fully. It is a good training of English language for Portuguese speaking people also.

It's a nice learning languages book
Not the best way to learn Portuguese. Most of the work is done with the book and I needed something more practical in an audio form to assist me in the pronunciation and conversational sense.

This book is awesome
I only know some Spanish words but not exactly the tenses. This is very useful on enhancing my skills in this language. This comes in detail. It was organized well. It will not be too hard for me to understand and speak.
