I loved this so much when I read the set I then listened to it on audible and found bits I thought I had read but hadn't picked up but gave more depth of understanding to the story. Apart from the obvious excellent story and characters listening to it read by such a good reader as Kate Reading gave the characters a new dimension and the philosophical discussion going on under neath is well informed with good debate on both sides. Thank you to all concerned in the production.

Such a great and interesting story with classic fantasy set up. Yes it might be predictable sometimes and you know how it ends before it begins, but when there needs to be a plot twist author succeeds to surprise the reader!

JA Andrews does it again. I just love her writing. Kate Reading does a stellar job of story telling and portraying character voices and personalities. I have loved JA Andrews since stumbling across The Keeper Chronicles. This prequel series has been fantastic. I listened to it daily and I'm so sad I've finished them. These are some of my new favourite books.

Sad to have come to the end of Sable’s story. So enjoy JA Andrews books. The characters are so detailed and the story flows wonderfully. Kate Reading is an excellent narrator - she brings the story to life. You should definitely buy it!
