Darien's final story
A wonderful ending of Darien's story. He is on his way to be a great mage, knight, a Mage, and an Elder of k'Valdemar.

I wish there was more!
I have loved reading Mercedes’ stories since I was 18, so many years ago. I have really enjoyed listening to the Audible versions. For this one, however, I found his very fast reading to be hard to understand. I had to go back many times so that I could hear and understand what he said. Other than that, I enjoyed his performance.

It's ok
I had read this book prior to my listening but, in all honesty, I didn't remember much of it. At first, I was wondering why...I mean, I remembered the first a 2nd second book. with this one, I remembered certain parts. but not like the other two. I think it is because the book itself is not that memorable. 90% of the book is set up. Still a fun listen to though. it is extremely descriptive, which I have always enjoyed. Definitely gave me a wonderful mental image. But, not as gripping as the first one.

Poor narration great story
It’s usually pretty hit or miss with Mistys audiobooks on the narrator. You’ll either get a wonderful one or a terrible one. Mispronounced names and common words run rampant.

Well Written, We Read
What did you love best about Owlknight?
I loved the book first, but Kevin Collins brought it to life and gave it all new meaning.
What did you like best about this story?
While I was first warned that this series tended to over internalize some of the characters, the narrator did an amazing job of framing those places to flow with his reading.
