About this listen

Medical research? Genetic experiments? No one knows exactly what goes on inside the sprawling BioGenTech building on the edge of town. But after an enormous explosion at the facility, people in town start turning up dead...and in pieces.

Something is loose in Hope Valley. Something big...and fast...and hungry. It has a lot of legs, a nasty disposition and a big appetite. This is one spider you can’t step on.

'Nids has pretty much what the reader might expect and desire from a man-eating arachnid drama. No more, no less. Written well enough, tight and simple and brimming with scenes of gory attacks. The narration is something to behold, over the top to the point of comedic, though it does fit well to the rather silly subject matter.

Lively narration elevates very average monster spider tale.
