Excellent
I heartily recommend this audio book by Dr Frankel; she covers a wide range of situations. If, like me, you have struggled in the past with expressing yourself because either you lacked confidence or you simply didn't know what to say during a difficult situation then, you should find this book very useful.

Thank you
Great narration, I was actually searching for a different book with the words nice girl in the title, but I was really pleased to find this book instead because I don't like books that focus hardcore on all of your childhood abuse, I don't like books that are super deep like that because I believe that my power is in the here and now and I certainly don't want to rehash old garbage. I enjoyed the straightforward manner. Soothing voice.

A Critical Guide to Self-Advocacy in the Workplace
I was a big fan of Nice Girls Don’t Get the Corner Office and this audiobook is a fitting addition to Dr. Frankel’s Nice Girls series. She provides lots of great advice on how to make yourself be heard in the workplace.
No longer will women need to wait to be called on or suffer through “Mansplaining”. This books provides the strategies and encouragement to speak up and let your ideas be heard.

Useful and easy to follow advice
What I love about Frankel's books is that she gives such easy to follow advice, even for complicated issues. not only does she give advice, but she illustrates how it should be done and what that sounds like. As a first time manager, I get so much out of her books. This one is no different. I recommend her books to all my female colleagues, and have gifted them to my staff.

It is not so engaging as I though
But the author provides good examples and tricks necessary in modern workforce. It's good that the author is actually reading the book. it's a big plus. I guess the book didn't make that much difference for me to give it a 5 stars review but it is solid 4.
