A fun listen

This is the first of the Treasure Cove Mysteries and I found it quite enjoyable. A husband and wife team solving murders, although for some reason Sabrina has no police qualifications but its fine for her to be his partner!
I found the narration a little slow, but I just sped it up a bit and it was fine.
That being said it was a nice short listen and a sweet book that kept me guessing til the end, I'd happily listen to more in the series if they are similar.

Please note, I did receive a free copy of this book in return for an unbiased review.

Love story continued in the future

This is so nice we continue the story further ahead in time - nice to see how things turned out and who did what, so many series you are left wondering how things turned out........if you loved the original books you will love this.

I was given this audiobook free in the hope I would give a review but I would have bought it in any as I love the Treasure Cove series.

ok-ish

I received a free copy in exchange for a review.
unfortunately overall I was disappointed with this book. Maybe the print copy reads better than the audiobook. My main gripe is that conversations felt clunky: too much, I said, she said etc. etc. For me that distracted from the story.
It is only a short book and I thought/ hoped it would be a guilty pleasure and a bit of a comfort read. Even though it is short, there's not much to the story, but even so the ending felt rushed.
