why oh why...
Do they change narrators imid series?? This story was flawed only by the narrator's dreadfully annoying incorrect inflections and mis- pronunciations. Eddie for a woman,, instead of Edie and halfpenny, instead of ha'penny etc. And why does the editor not correct them??? Irritating.

The third book of the serie
Again Rosie Clarke hasn't disappointed with Mulberry Lanes babies. These books are enchanting and gives you a picture how life was and how people pulled together. The narrator Laura Kirman has made the characters clear with no stupid voices like Polly Edsell did in book 7 (which I listened to first).
