Great lessons well structured

this is good for complete novices or instructors who just want fresh ways of practicing or guiding clients through their mindfulness journey. no matter whether you are well seasoned in the practices or looking for a fresh approach.

Excellent practical introduction to MBCT

This book is so easy to connect with. It’s written completely in the spirit of Mindfulness - with kindness and compassion. I bought the Audible version and the narrator has such a lovely tone. So many practical tips and techniques to help you to adopt this practice into your daily routines. Thoroughly recommended as an introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation.
