A Valuable Guide to Living with ADHD

This is a great resource for anyone who either has ADHD or knows someone who has it. It teaches you not only to cope with some of the drawbacks but also take advantage of the gifts that each person has within them. There is very useful advice on how to handle various social situations such as relationships, work and tips on organisation so everything isn't as muddled. There are meditations and affirmations included as well that added value to the audiobook, overall well worth a listen!

Fantastic resource for the neurodivergent

While I don't personally have ADHD, I know and work with people who do, and this book has been an incredible tool. It has helped me better understand the condition and know what I can do to improve my relationship with people with ADHD moving forward. The author's approach is so refreshing, covering everything one needs to know with sensitivity and depth. I loved the chapters that talked about aspects that make ADHD someone's superpower, and the meditations included were also amazing. Incredible resource!

Let's just say I fit the bill for this one. There is a tremendous amount of practical guidance and direction here to give you far more than you even need to make serious, substantial progress with ADHD. You will not only get help, but you'll get so much help you have a buffet of strategies to choose from to improve your life at home and at work. Great for anyone!

I have never thought of myself as a person with ADHD, but the subtitle of this is what captured me. I do struggle with productivity and procrastination. I loved the tips/tools given to help us understand why we do this and how to start changing those habits. I also loved the finance part. I thought that was a great bonus add!
