What I appreciated most about this resource that separates it from other cliche- driven, cookie-cutter leadership manuals on the market is its focus on Adaptability, the understanding that every Leader is unique and that every situation is unique, but that with practice you can adapt the 7 strategies to every situation and stay authentic and true to your own leadership style in the process. Communication is key.

While our culture celebrates the hard charging, charismatic leader, there are countless other kinds of leadership. In the past I have felt like an imposter in different leadership roles and this book slices through those normal feelings of anxiety to offer a roadmap to confidence and success. I recommend this resource for every Leader - Highly Recommend!
