Absolutely great.

The audiobook does an excellent job of explaining how to stop overthinking, including how to redirect your focus, practice self-compassion, become an expert let gorier, and more. I learned a lot about emotions as well, especially how to understand and control them. There are several techniques to concentrate your attention and empower yourself.

Fully recommended.

This book undoubtedly aided in my understanding of overthinking as well as the warning signs that suggest it. I could really relate to the symptoms, like worrying over things that happened months ago, wondering what-ifs all the time, staying up late at night, and worrying about them. The book, in my opinion, does a great job of outlining how to quit overthinking, including how to change your attention, have compassion for yourself, master the art of letting go, and more. Great tips!!

This book definitely helped me comprehend what overthinking is and the telltale indications that indicate whether you are one.
