About this listen
Tuper is helping find five-year-old Mason, who was presumably taken by his father, but when Mason's father is found unconscious, Mason has disappeared again. In an impossible search during a bitterly cold Montana blizzard, old cowboy Tuper and his hacker friend Lana's quest blurs into one of insanity and murder. As wounded Tuper fights to stay alive in the bitter cold, Lana searches cyberspace and finds someone is working hard to ensure certain secrets remain secret--especially Mason's true identity.

Don't miss this book!!!
I was so glad to see Tuper had his own book. We first met him in The Advocate's Felony (book 6) and he was such a fun character. A bit like a grizzly bear -mean and bad tempered but soft and cuddly on the inside.
In this book he is hired to find a missing boy, but with everyone lying to him he struggles to sort out fact from fiction, and things get worse when the bodies start turning up.
Teresa does it again, when you think you know the out come of the story she throws in another twist to keep you on your toes and make sure you are still listening.
I hope Tuper gets another book and is joined by his new side kick Agony, she was a lot of fun too.
The narrator was easy to listen to and the hours flew by.

More good stuff
These characters are familiar as they were introduced to us in The Advocate Series. They continue to entertain us and I look forward to a lot more of these books.
The narrator was good.

Over Written
I think this story would have been better if it was not so drawn out. I did find I drifted sometimes and had to go over it again so it with that in mind tells me it could have been a shorter story, but not a bad story. nonetheless.
I would like to thank the author for a copy to listen to, although I did have trouble downloading it, as the code came from America, and have been given another but it does not work, so I will have to give it a miss.
