successful performance
This book is definitely the "contractor's guide" to successful project delivery. It includes succinct descriptions of some of the most commonly used, but maybe not well understood, financial tools and systems. The book concludes with specific examples and recommendations on how contractors can respond to RFPs, and how suppliers can measure their performance
