Summary
When Demon, a merman tasked with patrolling the ocean for humans in distress, comes across a woman anchored to the bottom of the sea, he’s sure his dreams have come true. After all, she’s stunning, single, and makes his body burn with need. She’s also impetuous, being hunted by his enemies, and seriously conflicted on whether or not he’s a good guy.
It’s his duty to not only protect her, but to win her heart - because this lonely merman is sure she’s the one for him. Now, he just has to convince her of as much.

Demon and Victoria
When hunting Demon find Victoria chained to the sea bed she’s almost turned into a Silla and he’s not sure if she can be saved or she’s gone to far. Another great story about the Mer of Atlantes . Psycho Queen Mya is getting closer to carrying out her end game hopefully she’ll kick her tail fin kicked into gear.

Quick listen
When Demon, a merman shapeshifter tasked with patrolling the ocean for humans in distress, comes across a woman anchored to the bottom of the sea, he feels duty bound to protect her especially as she is being hunted by his enemies.
This was an OK read as I did not enjoy it as much as the previous ones in the series. I was also shorter than the others at about half the length of the first book.

Great progression
Enjoyed this book. Storyline of each woman meeting their man is different and the building background knowledge of the world of Atlantis is growing. Excited to see how things progress. Worth these shorter forays into the hidden world of the abyss.

Life Under the Sea
This was a lovely, engaging novella telling Demon and Victoria’s story. Michelle M Pillow’s writing is so enjoyable and I found myself popping my headphones on and before I knew it, I’d finished the audiobook. Rebecca Cook is one of my favourite narrators and listening to her voice was so easy. A great read. I was gifted this by the author in return for an honest review.
