It was complicated, it was also just the beginning. A decision. A simple choice. There is always that one moment in life where things could have been different. That one moment where you could have chosen a path that would lead you down a certain road. A different life. It was easier to pretend that we were still best friends, and that she was my girl and I was her boy. Pretending was better than knowing the truth. I. Ruined. Us. I had her. I lost her. I love her. All I did was complicate us.

Review
I started listening to Ashley books a while ago and I really enjoy them but lately the stories have been so dark and sad and depressed I just don't understand why this author needs to kill off basically every character in her stories everybody have to do drugs get rape and get murdered off. I know probably the first book or second books , well a couple books but it seem like its all the stories and I have read quite a few now and it's getting too dark and deep and depressing I'm really kind of disappointed bcuz I really enjoyed the first books but I don't know if I'll be reading anymore Ashley Antoinette books. I end up really depressed and it's just a book😢

(spoiler spoiler spoiler)
listen it seems like the end of the book was rushed and she decided to just throw some shit together with naomi and DeMarcus bc she knew she had to somehow tie it together. I just felt like there was no reason whatsoever to kill Noah off if her mother was gonna off herself too. hell it made me wanna suck a glass dick! i mean ba-damn! there was no reason to off noah if she wasnt gonna be with Iman either. they never speak to who's baby it actually is. cinco never gets his just due. blue never tells Iman the deal even when it becomes clear that he has no clue what cinco did to her. they could've kept that whole ending. this reader was better than the last though.

I Am So Mad at this Author.😡 Don't waste your 🧭
WARNING: STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.
Okay, can you please help me understand what the hell were you thinking to waste 14 hours of my life listening to both books, for you to just end it with a weak ending. The only way you can recover is if you either come out with a 3rd book or you go back and edit the ending of this book. I truly would love to know what happened to the ending of this book? Did you get writers blocked or something? You drag the story through two books, and you left out major parts. Like, did she ever go to court? Do she finally tell her baby daddy the truth? Oh, how in the hell were the bitter ex girlfriend and her new boyfriend were able to get away without being caught from shooting outside of an hospital? The ending is so unrealistic, it literally a waste of a good story. Take my advice and stay away from this book. I was going to listen to other books from her but I'm deleting every last one from my library now. I do not want my time wasted on another one of her books to only be let down by a 'don't make sense' ending.

Mad!
What made the experience of listening to Luxe 2 the most enjoyable?
The ending because Bleu finally got it together lol!!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Luxe 2?
Bleu and Noah being reunited.
Did iiKane do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
No. Her voice is too monotone.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
You can't run from destiny.
Any additional comments?
Why did Noah have to die!!! :-( Like seriously!!!

EYES FULL FO TEARS ...OMG
What did you love best about Luxe 2?
I loved the many emotions this book brought to me. I really felt Blue's pain great job
Have you listened to any of iiKane’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I really didn't care for the reader on this book it was the story that kept me attracted that the voice.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
this Book made me so angry for most of it I just couldn't understand why she kept making the same mistakes and how weak Bleu became, but towards the end I cried and cried and cried.. I have never cried over a book this one I get it now.
Any additional comments?
this was a great book and great series and my first book I have read from Ashley alone. I am a die heart Cartel fan. It brought so many emotions out of me.. thank you for the read and thank you for the cry

Man oh Man... (SPOILERS!!!!!)
Sooooo was I the only one yelling at Blue????
She made me so angry sometimes....sigh well the book(s) - you have to read them both to fully understand the story - were really good. I really didn't care for the narrator of the first book this one was ok...they read really slow, but I Love all the difference voices she had for the different characters. I am saddened by the ending, but I was elated when her luck turned for the better. There are holes in the story so I would love if a Luxe III is released. Like is that Cinqo's baby, and will Eman find out the truth about the night Tan died? Oh and mostly is Naomi gonna get hers for killing Noah???
I NEED TO KNOW!!!!!!!!!!
