Summary
Three dragon shifters and a fierce heroine in a fast-paced young adult adventure...
Lila McCarty used to see dragons.
That was before they killed her mother, before she told everyone what happened and people stamped the “crazy” label on her head. Now, as a senior in high school, she has no time for dragon legends or the tourists who putter around her lighthouse. She just wants to graduate and get the hell out.
But when 12 of Lila’s classmates, including her best friend, mysteriously vanish during the town’s dragon festivities, she tracks down the three mysterious guys who seem to know more than they let on. They’re sexy and infuriatingly charming, though that has nothing to do with why she’s enlisting their help.
It turns out Lila wasn’t crazy. Dragons are real. Not only that, the three dragon shifters have answers: her past, her role in their hidden world. It’s Lila’s duty to save her friends, whether she likes it or not.
When her classmates start turning up dead, she’s on a race against the clock - find the killer, or lose them all.

Very Entertaining
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. It had me gripped from the beginning. It is fast paced and has a bit of everything in it to appeal to everyone, paranormal, mystery, family legacies. The narrator really suits the lead character. I would recommend this unusual book.

This Audiobook grabbed me right from the start and I could not put down the book. Before I new it I was finished. Its a real page turner as well as it had me on the edge of my seat. The Narrator and the Author have done a fantastic job. I definitely recommend this read.

‘Tis Only The Beginning
I quite enjoyed Lila’s journey. It’s about a small town mystery that has yet to be solved. There’s a bit of coming to age in Lila’s story. She’s a girl in high school that has tragically lost her mother. The loss leads her to stop believing in certain things. Things that she might just have need for in the future.
I liked Lila. I felt she was great character. She’s young and a bit ignorant to things but she adapts quickly and has a hunger for knowledge. She’s courageous, strong, compassionate and determined.
Luminous is just the beginning for Lila and her friends. I’m excited to see how their characters develop in the next part of their quest.

fast paced but only 6ish hours
The pace is good and the battles well written. The starting place of a good book. We have just met the love interests.
I personally found the narration a bit over the top in some places but it is meant to be that of a teen girl so maybe its what's needed.

Dragons
I enjoyed this audiobook. It is a good start for a series, but it has also still achieved a good ending to the book that finalised this part of the story. The narration to the story was also good which made it easy and enjoyable to listen too. I enjoyed following the characters in the story and wonder if the attempted experiment is going to have an effect on Lila in future books. It has mystery, danger, romance and of coarse dragons.

Dragon YA mystery
This is a great YA introduction into Dragon Shifter paranormal books. The narrator was well matched to the book and YA style. Lots of ground work to the characters, so that book 2 can bring the drama.

Dragons
I really enjoyed this book. This is the first book in the series. Lila is the FMC. She is a senior in high school. She finds out that dragons are real. She realizes that the stories her mother use to tell her weren't just stories. She meets three guys that are dragons when all of the students go missing from a lake party. She is determined to rescue them and stop who is behind the crimes. Can't wait to see where the story continues.

What a mystery!!
This story gave me more a mystery than I expected! I’m intrigued to know what happens next and it kept my attention for long periods of time! The narrator had a pleasant voice and didn’t take from the story at all!!
